Breakfast was included and was fabulous. Staff could not do enough to make sure we had a great time. Our room was elegant with a private garden. The whole stay was just wonderful.

As we had 2 children , the hotel upgraded us to a 2 beds suite so we could have more space . The hostage was amazing, the staff remembered every detail even though everyday was different staff. They surprised us with a cake for my son's 1st birthday while we didn't ask or expect anything. The upgraded room had stairs and it was a bit dangerous for our little one as he was trying to climb so we asked for a room change. They were happy with that and moved all our staff , bags to the new room while we were away. Everyone was friendly. We felt very welcomed and treated very well there. Thank you to everyone! Grazie mile tutti ! They deserve the 5th star. The location was just wow , by the river, beautiful view, enjoyed drinking coffe and having our breakfast by the river. The room was very clean. I mean we loved everything. We have been to so many different countries and hotels but we can say the staff at this hotel was the best one we have experienced.

The staff is amazing, the location is amazing, the hotel is adorable, comfortable and located in a perfect area.. Its right on the Canal Grande but it wasnt noisy at all.. Slept like a baby..

Beautiful room overlooking the grande canal, real venice experience Very close to the train station so easy to get too on a hot day- just have to cross two bridges. Breakfast was excellent and right on the canal.

great Doge suite, in a vintage mansion, welcomed with Prosecco in the room, very comfortable . Excellent warmly welcoming staff , reception available 24/7, very helpful with all tourist enquiries and bookings, great serviced outdoor seatings right at Canale grande, fabulous breakfast out there with Canale grande live

From initial customer service answering my many questions via messaging prior to arriving, I felt at ease and comfortable in my decision on choosing this quaint hotel. Anka, Alessio and Alessandro were so helpful and patient. Check in was a breeze and we were greeted with big smiles. We were given recommendations for places to eat and they gave other great suggestions. Our rooms were beautiful and clean and good size. My parents had the only room with a full balcony that looks out onto the Grand Canal. Absolutely gorgeous. From our shower, we had the loveliest view of the canal! The hotel is right across the canal from the train station. Very easy to get to and loved that it was in a less touristy area. Easy walking distance to food and shops and a Burger King much to our teen son's delight. :) I actually teared up when we finally departed after 3 days. Wish we were there longer. Grazie Anka, Alessio and Alessandro. We hope to come back soon! Ciao!
